Job Summary
This role involves executing daily trades, preparing client reports, setting up new accounts, and ensuring timely processing of deposits and paperwork. Responsibilities also include assisting with quarterly statements and coordinating with team members to meet deadlines. Strong communication, teamwork, and a willingness to learn are key for success in this position.
Primary Responsibilities:
Place daily trades and prepare reports for clients
Process daily downloads with custodians and software
Perform the set-up of all new accounts
Process daily downloads with custodians and software
Assist in production of quarterly statements for all advisors and/or companies
Problem solve all issues to speed processes
Train and work with employees from advisor groups in a supervisory role
We are looking for a team-oriented person willing to learn and able to communicate with our team and clients.
Primary Skills & Requirements:
Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
Pay great attention to detail and accuracy
Team player - must strive to be a collaborative, valued member of the team
Able to meet deadlines and keep track of multiple assignments/projects
Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for clear articulation in both speaking and writing
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
