Job Description:
SCOPE: This position shall provide operational direction and management oversight and strive to maintain high quality patient care, patient (customer) focused service, and operational efficiencies are present throughout every phase of the care process.
FUNCTIONS
Responsible for non-clinical operations of the practice.
Employ and direct motivated and compassionate professionals to work with physicians and patients.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree preferred, or at least 10 years of hands-on experience in Medical Oncology.
Previous management experience preferred
Knowledge of ICD9/10 coding a plus
Management objectives / physician scheduling
