This position has an annual rate of $SALARY.
The Service Oklahoma offers a generous benefits package, including a benefits allowance to off-set the costs of medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance plans. The Service Oklahoma will match up to 7% towards an employee's Defined Contribution retirement plan. Our employees receive 11 paid holidays, 15 days of paid annual leave, which increases with every 5 years of service, and 15 days of paid sick leave. Additionally, employees will receive longevity payments based on their years of service with the State of Oklahoma.

POSITION SUMMARY
The ELT Account Specialist is responsible for reviewing and verifying all documentation submitted for the creation of customer accounts related to electronic lien and title (ELT) services. This position is part of the Titles team and plays a vital role within Service Oklahoma. ELT Account Specialists ensure the accuracy, completeness, and validity of all documents submitted for account creation, supporting compliance with agency standards and regulatory requirements.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Reviews and verifies documents submitted for electronic account creations to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with state requirements.
Approves or rejects account applications for electronic titling access based on verification of credentials and supporting documentation.
Communicates with vehicle dealers, lienholders, Licensed Operators, and other entities to resolve issues or request additional information.
Maintains accurate records of approved and denied accounts, along with supporting documentation.
Collaborates with internal departments to continuously improve processes and ensure data integrity.
Assists in the creations of online account for vehicle dealers, lienholders, Licensed Operators and customers.
This position may be expected to cross-train in other sections of their division and perform the job duties in each section, based on the needs of the agency.

LEVEL DESCRIPTORS
The Level I is an entry-level position where employees are responsible for performing various routine duties related to MV functions. Duties will vary according to the section in which the position is located and the needs of the Motor Vehicle Division.
The Level II is an advanced level position where employees are responsible for performing various routine duties related to MV functions.
The Level III is a subject-matter-expert position where employees are responsible for performing various routine duties related to MV functions.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
An associate's degree in accounting, business administration, public administration or a closely related field,
OR two (2) years of experience in bookkeeping, tax revenue, customer service, accounts maintenance, or closely related work for each year of the required education.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
The schedule for this position may vary and require flexibility, including some early or late shifts, weekends, and occasional overtime, based on the needs of the agency.
This position will not require travel.
This position works in a comfortable office setting with a computer for a large percentage of the workday.
