We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide per-diem services for a School in Federal Way, WA. This role involves assessing and treating students with communication disorders, collaborating with educators and families, and supporting academic success through individualized therapy plans.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Licensure/Certifications:
• Active Washington State SLP license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience: 1+ year of experience in speech-language pathology.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in speech/language assessments, IEP development, and therapy planning.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, patience, and ability to work with children and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations for students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct therapy services to students with articulation, fluency, voice, or language disorders.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education staff to support student progress.
• Document sessions, progress reports, and compliance with school/district policies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
