Bdc/Internet Representative-Acura

Exciting new opportunity at Acura of Laurel for a BDC/Internet Representative. This role is responsible for generating new business through cold calling, emailing, social media, etc. Prior automotive and/or call center experience is preferred. Base salary with a strong bonus opportunity.

• Generate leads and identify potential customers interested in purchasing a vehicle

• Perform outbound sales activities (via email, chat, and phone calls) to schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership

• Deliver exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, providing product information and resolving any issues

• Accurately enter and maintain customer interactions into CRM (CDK)

• Consistently provide professional, courteous and tactful communication

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
