Overview

We are looking for a reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform essential cleaning tasks to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.

• Heavy Cleaning: Perform tasks such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming floors.
• Waste Management: Remove trash and debris from all areas.
• Repair Reporting: Notify management of any repair needs.
• Effective Communication: Maintain clear communication with clients and team members.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cleaning Experience: Preferred but not required.
• Entry-Level Position: Suitable for motivated and organized individuals.
• Punctuality: Timely attendance is essential.

• Proper Cleaning Methods: Use appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment to avoid damage.
• Surface Cleaning: Dust and wash furniture, walls, and equipment as needed.
• Stain Removal: Remove stains from carpets, rugs, and walls using suitable cleaning solutions.
• Solution Preparation: Prepare cleaning solutions as required.
• Restroom Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and common areas.
• Supply Management: Keep cleaning supplies organized and equipment in good working condition.
• Building Security: Monitor security by locking doors after hours.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned.
