Maintenance Tech- 2nd Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled and emergency repairs on production equipment as needed.
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks and inspections, documenting findings and addressing deficiencies.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Operate tools such as lathes, grinders, drills, and welding equipment to repair or fabricate parts.
• Maintain compliance with USDA, OSHA, GMP, and HACCP regulations while ensuring safety and food quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet departmental and company goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2-5 years of experience in maintenance, with a background in electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, safety rules, and operating instructions.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Physical ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally push/pull up to 100 lbs.

Work Environment:
This role involves working in a fast-paced production environment with exposure to wet/humid conditions, extreme temperatures, and loud noise levels. Flexibility is required to work any five of seven days, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $36.00 per hour
