Shift4 is expanding our team of Sales Representatives/Engagement Managers and looking for high-performing professionals to help lead the charge in this critical department. Engagement Managers are the bridge between Shift4 Payments and our many sales partners. We are seeking business development leaders that have experience in credit card processing, account management and partner relationships to serve in this important role.
Responsibilities
- Projecting a positive attitude and image to sales partners and merchants
- Understanding and presenting Shift4 Payments' various product and service offerings to potential clients in the United States and abroad.
- Ongoing training and advanced education in regards to the industry, services, equipment, and solutions
- Constant communication with sales partners and merchants via email and phone
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to hit personal and department goals
- Organization and ability to complete and submit documentation, new paperwork, and sales reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Utilizing Salesforce and other internal systems to drive business growth with merchants and partners.
Qualifications
Experience in credit card processing a plus
Established record of continually meeting and exceeding sales goals and corporate standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and lead merchants.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, contribute ideas for further growth and direction of department
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience with identifying and communicating with all Shift4 departments.
Exceptional organizational skills particularly in the areas of email, Salesforce, documentation, and prioritization
Ability to work with, and effectively use, multiple companywide systems and departments with ease
Must be able to make 50+ outbound phone calls per day
Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Apps, Microsoft Office Suite, and Slack.
Valid driver's license along with reliable transportation
Must be able to commit to 4 days in our Center Valley PA office.
Referral based sales experience is a nice to have.
