Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of entrances
- Investigate disturbances
- Answer questions and provide other information for guests as requested
- Escort employees with money banks from one destination to another
- Escort table fills from the cage to the table games area
- Escort table credits from table games are to cage area
- Check identification of any guest entering the casino to ensure they are at least 21 years of age
- Staying informed of services, promotions and events
- Report any irregularities encountered while on duty such as equipment or property damage, theft, or any other unusual occurrences to immediate supervisor
- Provides assistance in obtaining written or verbal information concerning all reported incidents
- Circulate among guests to preserve order and protect property and guests
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and deal with several variables
- Performs duties as shuttle driver and valet when necessary
- Assist guests with luggage to and from rooms and vehicles, when needed
- Assist with COVID-19 protocols
- Other duties as assigned
