Sanimax is looking for a Customer Service Agent at our DeForest site!
The agent is responsible for answering incoming customer calls and providing support to customer inquiries and orders. This position requires collaboration with various departments, in order to ensure excellent service to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls on the multi-line telephone system and make outbound calls as needed.
- Enter customer orders accurately and manage customer accounts including updates, closures, and maintenance of key information.
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments, ensure service completion, and address service-related concerns or improvements.
- Assess customer feedback and information to offer recommendations for equipment or service enhancements.
- Complete administrative tasks such as data entry and documentation related to customer service
- Represent the company professionally and work toward achieving departmental performance goals
Requirements and skills
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- A high school diploma is required
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Strong sense of customer service
