Job Description:  

We are seeking professional and highly organized Spa Receptionists with integrity to provide excellent customer service to ensure our guests are relaxed while having a memorable experience at our luxury spa. Responsibilities:   

Create 100% guest satisfaction by providing exceptional hospitality and by exceeding guest expectations.  

• Greeting clients/guests in a warm welcoming manner.   

• Ensure client/guest intake forms are completed, signed and given to the correct massage therapist or esthetician. 

• Excellent communication skills with guests and spa technicians. 

• Answering incoming phone calls, returning phone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner. 

• Scheduling: Schedule appointments for clients/guests. Relaying the information to the massage therapists and estheticians. 

• Selling spa products: Sell spa products and process transactions.  

• Handle and address customer concerns and provide solutions. 

• Maintaining the spa: Keep the reception as well as common areas clean and tidy. Help ensure the spa is stocked.  

• Assist with daily laundry.  

• Complete accurate and legible messages including your signature and date.  

• Help massage therapists and estheticians if they require assistance within  Teamwork is a must. 

• Checking client/guest out: Our farewell is important.  

• Opening and closing the spa: Open and close the spa at the appropriate times. 

  

Compensation:  

Hourly and Retail Commission (15%)
