Job Description

Night Auditor | The Coeur d'Alene Resort

The Coeur d'Alene Resort is looking for a Night Auditor to join our front desk team. You'll be the go-to person for late-night Guests and the calm, reliable presence that keeps our operations running smoothly overnight.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the friendly face that welcomes and assists Guests arriving late or leaving early
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and guest requests with professionalism and care
  • Balance and audit the day's financial activity, making sure everything adds up before the sun rises
  • Prepare daily reports for departments across the resort
  • Communicate any important Guest or operations notes to the morning crew


Who You Are:

  • You enjoy working independently and thrive on structure
  • You're calm under pressure and confident solving problems on the fly
  • You're comfortable with numbers, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
  • You provide excellent Guest service—warm, professional, and helpful at every turn


The Details:

  • Full-time and Part-time positions available for overnight shifts
  • Includes weekends and holidays
  • Prior hotel front desk or auditing experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate

    • Full Time Employees are offered these benefits first of the month following 60 days of employment
    • Must maintain a minimum of 30 hours per week or more.
    • Variable hour team members could be eligible12 months after their date of hire, with supervisor approval, so long as they have averaged 30+ hours per week throughout their first year.

    401K Plan:

    • Team members are eligible to participate at the age of 21 or greater and at the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.
    • 2% match with a 4% contribution from the team member.

    PTO:

    • 6 months gets 7 PTO days - 728 hours (average 28 hours per week)
    • 1 year gets 10 PTO days - 1,456 hours (average 28 hours per week)
    • 2-4 years gets 15 PTO days - 1,456 hours (average 28 hours per week)
    • 5+ years gets 20 PTO days - 1,200 hours (average 23 hours per week)

    Holiday Pay:

    • Hourly team members who work on Thanksgiving and Christmas will be paid their wage at time and a half.
