Job Summary:

As our Sourcing & Labor Market Specialist, you'll act as a market-facing talent strategist responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging high-impact talent to fuel our continued growth. You will drive opportunity volume, advise on competitive positioning, and ensure we're in front of the right talent, at the right time, with the right message.

This role blends sourcing execution with labor market intelligence to deliver actionable insights and targeted outreach that accelerate hiring outcomes. You'll work hand-in-hand with recruiters and business leaders to bring the same level of rigor to talent strategy that we expect in revenue strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing campaigns that prioritize speed, conversion, and candidate quality for priority roles.
  • Operate like a sales development rep for talent-engaging passive candidates, nurturing long-term relationships, and moving them through the funnel.
  • Optimize sourcing efforts by identifying the highest-performing channels and conversion tactics for each talent segment.
  • Provide recruiters and hiring leaders with competitive intelligence, market positioning, and outreach strategies to win over top candidates.
  • Translate labor market trends and data into real-time recommendations for recruiting strategy, headcount planning, and pipeline focus.
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Managers and recruiters to align on business priorities and ensure outreach is strategically targeted and revenue-impactful.
  • Build, organize, and maintain talent maps and market-ready pipelines for recurring or hard-to-fill roles.
  • Share actionable insights on candidate behavior, competitor hiring activity, and sourcing ROI to inform broader TA strategy.

Requirements

  • Expertise in advanced sourcing methods, Boolean search, and candidate engagement.
  • Strong understanding of labor market dynamics, economic conditions, and workforce trends.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage passive candidates and build relationships.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze labor market data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in sourcing and market analysis tools, databases, and platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple sourcing projects concurrently.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, labor market research, or recruiting.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, labor market trends, and economic factors influencing talent availability.
  • Experience with recruitment technologies such as ATS, CRM, and other sourcing tools.
  • Fintech industry experience preferred.
  • Workday experience preferred.

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
