We are currently seeking a dynamic, results-driven Pre-Owned Sales Manager to lead our pre-owned vehicle department and take our dealership to the next level.

Job Summary:

The Pre-Owned Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the pre-owned vehicle department, including inventory management, sales performance, customer satisfaction, and team development. This individual will play a key role in achieving sales targets, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and ensuring a seamless and professional buying experience for all clients.

Pre-Owned Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the pre-owned vehicle department
• Appraise and acquire pre-owned inventory through trade-ins, auctions, and wholesale channels.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve volume, profit, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Lead, train, and motivate the pre-owned sales team to meet performance standards.
• Monitor and adjust inventory pricing based on market trends and competitive analysis.
• Maintain a high standard of merchandising and lot presentation, including digital listings.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies, procedures, and local, state, and federal regulations.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that emphasizes customer service and professionalism

Sales Manager Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an automotive Pre-Owned Sales Manager.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
• Excellent knowledge of pre-owned inventory management and pricing strategies.
• Proficiency in automotive CRM, DMS, and inventory management systems. Reynolds and Eleads preferred.
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
