What You'll Do:
- Plan engaging, developmentally appropriate activities aligned with Primrose Balanced Learning tailored for toddlers
- Ensure daily supervision, safety, and developmental support for toddlers
- Maintain a welcoming, nurturing classroom environment
- Conduct parent-teacher conferences & child assessments
- Adhere to Primrose curriculum and policies
- Collaborate with leadership for continuous improvement

We're Looking For:
- Enthusiastic, growth-minded educators
- Preferred: 1+ year experience in Early Childhood Education or Childcare, specifically with toddlers
- Flexibility and passion for teaching young children
- Must pass Colorado Background Check & Trails
