Job Description
Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – MedSurg/Telemetry
Location: South Weymouth, MA
Start Date: March 10, 2025
End Date: June 7, 2025
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Pay Rate: $65 per hour, all inclusive of a daily travel stipend, so your take-home pay is higher.
Contract Type: Travel Assignment
Overtime:
- Daily OT after 24 hours (based on multiplier)
- Weekly OT after 40 hours (based on multiplier)
On-Call: No
Position Overview:
Our client in Weymouth, MA, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – MedSurg/Telemetry for a 13-week travel assignment. This role is based in the Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) and requires strong step-down, progressive care, or IMCU experience.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of step-down, progressive care, or IMCU experience (must be listed in work history)
Active Massachusetts RN License (Must be valid for the entire assignment or show proof of renewal)
Certifications Required:
- AHA BLS (Basic Life Support)
- AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
COVID-19 Vaccination Required
Additional Information:
Med-Surg/Tele RTO Policy: If requested time off (RTO) falls on a weekend (Saturday 7 AM – Monday 7 AM), the traveler must make up the weekend shift at a different time. The Staffing and Scheduling Office will determine when the make-up shift is scheduled.
