Job Description
Benefits:

As an Accountant with an analytical mindset, you’ll take ownership of general ledger management, month-end and year-end closing processes, and audit support. Your work will play a crucial role in ensuring financial accuracy and compliance, enabling the company to meet its goals on a global scale.
Success Criteria
You are a detail-oriented professional with a solid foundation in accounting principles, and you leverage your analytical skills to ensure financial accuracy. As a key player on the accounting team, you'll manage the general ledger and handle complex financial tasks while ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls. If you're a proactive accountant who thrives in a collaborative environment, this role is made for you.
In addition to your technical skills, you’ll lead month-end and year-end closings, support audits and tax-related filings, and work cross-functionally to deliver accurate reports and insights. Whether supporting payroll with accurate entries or conducting ad hoc financial analysis, your leadership and problem-solving will shine as you improve processes and drive the company forward.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a related industry
- Proficiency with ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-departmental work
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
