As a Field Systems Engineer, you'll be a key player in bringing cutting-edge products to life. Your work will span across:
System Integration: Combine hardware and electrical subsystems with software to deliver seamless, high-performance solutions.
Product Qualification: Validate new configurations and specifications with a focus on performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Field Support: Assess and optimize the health of deployed systems at customer sites-your insights will directly influence product evolution.
Collaboration & Communication: Present technical updates to customers and internal teams, and work closely with headquarters to align project goals and timelines.
Continuous Improvement: Provide actionable feedback to internal teams and contribute to strategic planning and problem-solving.
Note: This role involves frequent travel (50%+), offering you the chance to work hands-on with customers and see your solutions in action.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related physical science.
A passion for technology and a desire to work on complex, interdisciplinary projects.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Willingness to travel and engage directly with customers and cross-functional teams.
