Job Description

Job Title: Orthopedic Physical Therapist

Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 per year                              

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our growing team. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a recent graduate passionate about orthopedic care, we offer the mentorship, autonomy, and collaborative environment to help you thrive.

What You'll Do:

  • Evaluate and diagnose orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based techniques
  • Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities as appropriate
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, post-operative care, and functional movement
  • Document patient progress and outcomes using EMR in accordance with clinic standards
  • Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other rehab professionals
  • Contribute to a positive clinic culture and ongoing professional development

Requirements

  • Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active Nevada Physical Therapist License (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience in orthopedic and/or sports rehabilitation preferred
  • Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Passion for evidence-based practice and patient-centered care
