The incumbent will supervise personnel engaged in materials stocking, inventory, pulling, and movement. Provide indoctrination, training, and assistance to personnel within the department. Has extensive contact with individuals inside and outside of the organization. Receives minimal supervision from T1A COMBS Manager.

EXAMPLES OF WORK
EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED IN THIS CLASSIFICATION INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING TASKS. THESE TASKS MAY BE AMENDED OR OTHER TASKS MAY BE ASSIGNED AS NECESSARY.
- Provides training in SAP, inventory responsibility, stock handling, and warehouse duties for all T1A COMBS personnel as required.
- Responsible for cycle count of inventory located at the Columbus AFB facility including research on out-of-balance conditions and recounts.
- Develops, implements, and monitors procedures relating to the shipping and storage of spare parts and materials, with the ability to determine the ownership of material.
- Takes necessary action to give maximum assistance in meeting delivery schedules.
- Participates in an aggressive shelf life/Hazmat program for materials entering the company supply system to its final disposition.
- Greets visitors, new employees, and clients.
- Exhibits positive courteous behavior with customers businesses and coworkers.
- Provides guidance, instruction, supervision, and assistance to subordinate employees.
- Assists coworkers and those in other departments to successfully perform job tasks and functions when necessary.
- Follows all safety procedures and practices established by the Company and regulatory bodies.
- Identifies problem areas within the Warehouse and determines if goals and standards are being met.
- Resumes the responsibilities of the T1A COMBS Manager in their absence or as required.
- This job has supervisory responsibilities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
The following minimum qualifications have been identified by subject matter experts (SME'S) who have supervised this position or functioned in the position; they are based on job analysis information supplied by these SME'S. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Two-year degree or certificate from an accredited two (2) year college, university, or technical school in Business or a related field AND four (4) years of experience in the warehouse industry OR Graduation from a standard four (4) year high school or equivalent (GED and six (6) years of warehouse experience.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Ability to obtain a forklift license.
- A&P License preferred but not required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS:

- Understand and use the English language, both oral & written, to communicate information or ideas to another person or persons.
- Must have experience in SAP systems and Inventory control.
- Must have the ability to communicate, coordinate, and cooperate with all personnel to meet the company objectives.
- Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations in planning and organizing.
- Ability to comprehend and process information rapidly and accurately.
- Ability to write legibly
- Ability to understand and follow directions.
- Perform a task in the presence of distracting stimulation or under monotonous conditions without significant loss of thought process and efficiency in intra and inter-personal relations.
- Ability in handling stressful situations.
- Ability in demonstrating leadership.
- Experience in operating hand and power tools; and to create, enter, retrieve, and print from software packages such as Excel and Word.
Knowledge of the following is required:
- basic computer and data entry skills.
