Business/Human Resources Studies Student With A Passion For AI (Summer Intern 2025)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on AI tools designed for HR use cases (e.g., intelligent sourcing, performance analytics, employee sentiment analysis, document automation).
• Assess current workflows across the People Team to identify areas ripe for AI-enhanced efficiency, consistency, or personalization.
• Collaborate with HR leaders to understand strategic and operational pain points that could benefit from AI interventions.
• Provide comparative evaluations of available technologies, including feasibility, scalability, and ethical considerations.
• Build a formal recommendation roadmap and present your top findings to the HR leadership team and company executives.

Qualifications:

• Enrollment in a university program, with completion of at least two years of study in a relevant field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent research and communication abilities, including writing and presenting findings.
• Interest in and foundational knowledge of AI technologies and their applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
• Passion for innovation and exploring new solutions. Academic projects or experience related to AI
• Understanding of basic business processes in the assigned area of focus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Program Details:

• Duration: Summer Internship (10-12 weeks) Starting July 7th. Approx 30 hours per week
• Pay: $20.00/hr.
• Location: Hybrid -Required to work from our Portsmouth, N.H. office 2 days per week
• Mentorship: Guidance and support from experienced professionals. Interns will present their final recommendation to the executive team.
