Job Description
Job Summary:
Luxe Golf Bays is redefining golf entertainment—and we're looking for a dynamic and driven Floor Manager to help lead the way. As a Floor Manager, you will be the point person for daily operations across the guest-facing areas of the venue, ensuring a smooth, fun, and high-quality experience for every visitor. This role blends leadership, hospitality, and operations management in a high-energy, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations on the floor, including bay service, food & beverage delivery, guest relations, and staff coordination.

Lead, coach, and support front-of-house team members (servers, bay hosts, runners, bartenders, etc.) during service shifts.

Ensure exceptional guest experiences by resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Monitor and maintain venue cleanliness, ambiance, and operational readiness throughout service.

Assist with training, and mentoring team members to ensure peak performance and adherence to Luxe Golf Bays' standards.

Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure service flows seamlessly.

Help implement and uphold health, safety, and compliance standards.

Manage performance during shifts and escalate staffing issues to senior management when necessary.

Track and report guest feedback, team performance, and operational challenges.
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in hospitality or entertainment venue management (food & beverage, restaurant, or event space preferred).

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.

A customer-first mindset with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Experience with POS systems and basic reporting software.

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or business is a plus.
