• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various positions within the organization.
• Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to identify and engage prospective candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with the company's mission and values.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and provide expert guidance throughout the recruiting process.
• Maintain accurate and organized records within the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance OneTouch Direct's recruitment efforts.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a high-volume setting.
• A proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top-tier candidates.
• Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
