Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data management systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently entering, updating, and verifying data across various platforms to support operational excellence and informed decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update data into designated databases and systems
- Verify and check the accuracy of data before submission
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
- Coordinate with team members to resolve data discrepancies
- Generate and maintain reports related to data entries
- Monitor data entry processes to ensure timely completion
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or management is a plus
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role
- Excellent typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
