Physical Therapist
Location: Woodbridge, NJ
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 per year
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Physical Therapist to join an outpatient care team committed to delivering coordinated services. You’ll play a pivotal role in patient recovery by working closely with providers across disciplines to streamline therapy and medical care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patient mobility and functional abilities
- Develop individualized therapy interventions
- Monitor progress and modify plans as needed
- Collaborate with other clinicians on patient-centered goals
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in New Jersey (or license eligible)
- Master’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
