Join a team focused on maintaining the backbone of a secure, modern workplace. We're looking for an experienced systems administrator to manage identity infrastructure and Microsoft 365 services across a blended cloud/on-prem environment. This role plays a key part in managing user access, automating routine tasks, and supporting cloud collaboration platforms, while staying vigilant about security, compliance, and performance.

What You'll Do:

• Manage user identities, access groups, and policies across both traditional and cloud-based directories.
• Support and configure collaboration tools like Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and OneDrive.
• Administer Azure AD, including license assignments, access controls, and tenant configuration.
• Plan and carry out cloud migrations and integrations involving Office 365 and Azure services.
• Troubleshoot and support both cloud and on-prem components related to identity and file services.
• Automate tasks with PowerShell and improve efficiency through scripting and policy tuning.
• Strengthen data protection through MFA, conditional access, and DLP strategies.
• Perform access reviews and ensure compliance with standards such as IRS 1075.

Your Background Includes:

• Deep expertise in Active Directory (design, GPOs, DNS/DHCP, FSMO roles, replication).
• Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 services in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with hybrid identity architecture and security best practices.
• Hands-on PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks and practical audit implementation.
• Exposure to AWS configuration and deployment of SaaS platforms is a plus.
