As we continue to grow, we're looking for a skilled and motivated Experienced HVAC Install Technician to join our crew. If you're passionate about quality workmanship and want to be part of a company that values your expertise, this is your opportunity.

What You'll Do:

• Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and thermostats
• Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation instructions with accuracy
• Ensure systems are properly installed and functioning according to the manufacturer's specs and local codes
• Work alongside project managers and fellow technicians to complete jobs efficiently and on time
• Maintain a clean and organized job site from start to finish
• Educate homeowners on system operation and maintenance
• Complete installation paperwork and communicate effectively with dispatch and office staff
• Follow all safety standards and company procedures

What We're Looking For:

• 1-3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong mechanical skills and high attention to detail
• Physically able to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment
• Experience working with ductwork or sheet metal
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Team player with the ability to work independently

Preferred but Not Required:

• EPA 608 Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• NATE Certification
• Experience with zoning systems or smart thermostats
