Job Description:

As a Digital Sales Representative at Finastra, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital sales efforts and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, carrying a small quota, and focusing on account management activities such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), virtual meetings, and handling customer inquiries. Your goal will be to drive customer acquisition, satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular QBRs with customers to review performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage customer escalations, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Develop and execute digital sales strategies to achieve quota targets.
  • Conduct virtual meetings with potential customers to showcase Finastra's products and solutions.
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information to drive sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and to drive product improvements.
  • Monitor sales metrics and proactively address issues to optimize performance.
  • Provide training and support to customers to maximize their use of Finastra's products.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital sales, account management, or a related role in the financial technology industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience conducting QBRs and virtual meetings.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other digital sales tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service
