Director Of Product For Data & Analytics

The Director of Product for Data & Analytics reports to the VP of Product and will play a pivotal role in driving the evolution of our analytics offerings by leading the product vision and strategy for multifamily analytics powered by machine learning and Agentic AI. The scope and impact of this role are significant. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, platform, legal, data science and other product teams to deliver the next generation of analytics powered by AI. You will be responsible for building the product's vision, strategy and execution to define intelligent interaction of insights, analytics and data for the multifamily vertical. The ideal candidate is experienced building B2B SaaS based analytics & AI applications from scratch, lead and develop a team of product managers, possess a deep technical understanding of modern AI, data storytelling and visualization, and is an outcome oriented, results driven leader demonstrating a commitment to excellence. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deeply understand customer needs, corporate policy, business strategy, and AI ML and Agentic QAI capabilities to develop the product vision and strategy, maximizing business and customer impact, that drives revenue growth.
• Drive roadmap prioritization and execution, based on value-added outcomes, with a ruthless MVP mindset, with the following:
• Collaborate with strategic customers, executive management, product peers, data science and engineering to align priorities with enterprise objectives
• Work closely with data science and engineering to ensure the technical feasibility and scalability of product roadmap
• Periodic review of new and existing controls and business processes to gain insight into efficacy of capabilities and incorporate a continuous feedback loop informing future enhancements and priorities
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Provide guidance to team members on best-in-class practices for business cases, backlog management, story writing, requirements validation, acceptance criteria, release plans, managing projects, quality measures, beta programs, defect resolution, etc
• Accountable for team member assignments, based on capacity, strengths, and product needs.
• Drive product introduction and launch readiness, including field and operational enablement
• Drive projects and track milestone dates, delivering project updates to leadership
• Formally review features for acceptance, including meeting the consumer benefit, acceptance criteria and desired level of quality
• Participate and/or present in demos to relevant stakeholders
• Keep meeting notes and follow up on action items

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Bachelor's degree required in a Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (Masters preferred)
• 9-12years of progressive product management experience with B2B data, analytics and AI based solutions, with at least 5 years of experience managing direct reports.
• Proven track record successfully launching, from scratch, enterprise analytics-centric SaaS solutions to market driving revenue growth in a leadership capacity.
• Demonstrable passion, experience and competency for: machine learning, conversational analytics, data storytelling and data visualization
• Demonstrated executive presence with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with customer executives and senior stakeholders, effectively representing the product vision and company objectives in strategic product discussions
• Leverages product intuition and judgment to solve problems and make decisions without perfect information
• Exceptional written communication skills including process and product documentation and demonstrable track record successfully negotiating priorities and managing executive stakeholder expectations
• Insatiable curiosity to learn new domains, keep up with industry innovation and regulatory trends, and constantly ask 'why'
• A strong leader who is results driven, holds themselves accountable to achieve outcomes and demonstrates a commitment to excellence
• Previous experience working in an agile environment and using recognized development methodologies (e.g., Agile, SCRUM, KANBAN).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including PowerPOint and Excel

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Previous experience with conversational analytics leveraging Generative and Agentic AI is highly desired
• Experience with PowerBI and Fabric is preferred
• Real Estate experience is preferred but not a requirement.
• Previous experience working with project management and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Confluence, Salesforce, Azure DevOps) is a plus.
