What You'll Do:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents' health and report changes to the care team
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
• Be an essential part of a close-knit, compassionate care team

What You'll Need:

• Current LPN license in New York State
• A heart for helping others
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A commitment to providing compassionate, quality care

Full-Time LPN Positions are eligible for a SIGN-ON BONUS: up to $5,000

Range $26.75-$29.00 plus shift diff plus higher rate based on benefit selection!
