Job Description
Purpose:
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Strategic Partner accelerates organizational performance. This role provides strategic and administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and. Provides support for the Board of Directors and partners closely with Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to strengthen clarity, alignment, and coordination across the organization. This role is in-person at Neighborcare Health's administrative offices.

Target Compensation:
- The target base salary range for this position is $114,920.00 to $137,103.20 annually.
- Final offers are individually based on various factors, including skill set, years of experience, location, qualifications, work schedule and other job-related reasons.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Board activities with guidance from the CEO, including:
- Initiate and prepare materials for the Board of Directors and committee meetings
- Compose and assemble agenda items
- Prepare resolutions and minutes
- Prepare communications to Board members
- Provide administrative support for the CEO, including:
- Compose correspondence
- Draft and compile reports
- Schedule appointments and help manage CEO calendar
- Serve as cost center manager for Board and CEO budgets, e.g. process invoices and credit card reconciliation
- Organize and facilitate meetings, including setting agendas, capturing minutes, and sharing action items for individual and team meetings within the cadence of the business. Primary meetings are weekly SLT meetings, CEO syncs with direct reports, and ad hoc meetings with external partners.
- Build and support systems, processes, and templates for prioritizing, monitoring, and reporting on the business
- Support and follow up with Senior Leadership Team members on strategic initiatives
- Support and cultivate a productive and supportive senior leadership culture
- Act as thought partner to CEO and contribute valuable insight to SLT discussions as a non-executive
- Interface with and serve as liaison between the CEO, Board, staff, vendors, community stakeholders, and local and state officials
- Perform other assignments as directed by the CEO
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to communicate respectfully and with people of varied racial, education and socio-economic backgrounds.
- High level experience with Microsoft Office software of products including Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, OneNote and PowerPoint.
- Exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions in the routine conduct of business.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to set up and maintain organized and efficient office systems.
- Ability to be detail-oriented, multi-task, organize, problem solve and to follow up on tasks.
- Ability to display consistent professional and ethical conduct.
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English and understand basic math
- Ability to learn from directions, observations and mistakes and apply procedures using good judgment.
- Ability to demonstrate predictable, reliable and timely attendance.
- Must be able to abide by HIPAA laws and NCH's policies
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- At least five (5) years of experience supporting a CEO
- At least eight (8) years of experience engaging with senior executive teams
