Sr. DevOps Engineer needed by o9 Solutions, Inc. in Dallas TX [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home] to develop and maintain tools that ensure smooth operations of o9's cloud based solution. Develop and deploy best-in-class tools that support continuous integration and continuous delivery processes. Perform system and network administration. Manage platform deployment utilizing AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Use dockers to deploy and manage containers. Monitor infrastructure health using elastic cache cluster. Administer databases that are part of o9 platform. Utilize MS SQL and Mongo. Develop and debug custom integration service tasks. Provide Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI and CD). Implement and sustain CI/CD pipelines to automate the software delivery process, covering the journey from code commit to production deployment. Collaborate with development teams to enhance build and deployment processes for efficiency and reliability. Monitor performance optimization by establishing and sustaining monitors and alerts systems to guarantee the health and performance of cloud-based applications. Identify opportunities for performance optimization and apply solutions to improve system efficiency. Provide security and compliance by applying security best practices within the cloud environment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Collaborate with the security team to conduct routine security audits and implement necessary improvements. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for automation processes, infrastructure configurations, and deployment procedures. Provide training and support to junior team members as required. Work on cloud infrastructure automation, with expertise in any public cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure and GCP. Build and operate highly reliable distributed systems in a cloud environment. Work on infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, with emphasis on Terraform. Work with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, and GitLab CI. Work with containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes). Work on networking principles and adherence to security best practices in cloud environments.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Masters degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science or Computer Engineering and 2 Years of experience in the job offered, or 2 Years of experience in a related occupation managing platform deployment utilizing AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud; using dockers to deploy and manage containers; monitoring infrastructure health using elastic cache cluster; utilizing MS SQL and Mongo; working on cloud infrastructure automation, with expertise in any public cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure and GCP; building and operating highly reliable distributed systems in a cloud environment; working on infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, with emphasis on Terraform; working with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, and GitLab CI; working with containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes); working on networking principles and adherence to security best practices in cloud environments.
