Job Description

About Us:

Greenline Apartment Management is a growing owner-operator of multifamily communities. We are committed to providing quality housing and a positive living experience for our residents, while fostering a supportive, team-oriented environment for our employees.

We are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee one of our apartment communities in Oklahoma City, OK. This position offers direct interaction with ownership and upper management, a collaborative team culture, and excellent career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily property walk-throughs and ensure curb appeal and property standards are maintained

  • Oversee all leasing and marketing efforts, including lead follow-up and application approvals

  • Drive resident satisfaction, retention, and lease renewals

  • Manage collections, monitor delinquencies, and make timely decisions on resident accounts

  • Oversee maintenance operations: monitor work orders, make-ready schedules, and maintenance inventory

  • Inspect vacant units, rehabs, and make-ready units to ensure timely turnovers

  • Perform rent roll audits to monitor lease expirations, rent rates, evictions, and month-to-month leases

  • Handle resident relations and resolve tenant issues professionally

  • Ensure accurate and timely system updates for daily property activities

  • Maintain current permits, licenses, and compliance documentation

  • Submit HR-related documents to corporate (new hires, payroll, terminations, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) — fluency required

  • Minimum of 3 years of on-site property management experience

  • Previous supervisory experience managing property staff

  • Proficient in property management software (Resman or similar platforms)

  • Strong budgeting, financial reporting, and bookkeeping skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks
