We are specifically seeking candidates with strong Utility industry experience, hands-on knowledge of EAM products, and consulting expertise. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is passionate about their work and thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Business Development

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at existing and prospective clients, acting as a secondary point of contact.
  • Attend industry events to expand your professional network and represent West Monroe's E&U practice.
  • Practice Development
  • Collaborate with the Partner and practice leadership to define the practice's culture, strategic direction, and growth roadmap.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of methodologies, tools, and approaches for client delivery.
  • Actively recruit, mentor, and develop top consulting talent, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
  • Serve as a career advisor and participate in performance management processes to support team members' professional growth.
  • Lead internal initiatives that contribute to the growth and success of the practice and the firm.
