SurePods, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking an experienced Quality Control Inspector. This role is responsible for conducting daily production inspections, ensuring adherence to quality control procedures, and providing support to management on quality-related issues. The position also involves reviewing documentation for accuracy, conducting tests on materials and products, and helping improve quality processes while collaborating with departmental teams to enhance safety and product quality. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:

Duties and Responsibilities
Perform daily production inspections at various stages of the production line and completing necessary reports.
Provide support and guidance to Management as required on relative quality issues.
Review VOP's, work instructions, and blueprints for accuracy and effectiveness.
Help to improve existing as well as develop new quality processes and procedures.
Develop and conduct a variety of test on inbound materials from vendors and outbound products for shipping.
Conduct Root Cause analysis.
Ensure that all of the quality check procedures put in place by the company are followed during every production phase.
Create comprehensive documentation for quality issues and note the corrective actions that were taken.
Educate productions team on quality control issues and work with departmental managers to improve overall company safety and product quality.
Create processes checklist and coordinate inspections with departmental managers.
Responsible for final in-depth inspection before signing off and approving the product. More importantly, find the faults in both materials and the manufacturing process.
Demonstrate a commitment to a safety- first environment.
Required Skills and Abilities
Strong attention to detail and the ability to read blueprints.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with and assist others to maximize system effectiveness and efficiency.
Ability to build positive and effective relationships with co-workers.
Ability to read various gauges accurately (i.e. tape measurer, calipers and indicators).
A strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.
Education and Experience
2 to 5 years of experience in a QC/QA manufacturing or construction environment.
Required knowledge on tile installation/process and its products as the role will conduct daily inspection of tile within production.
Experience with Microsoft Office products to create reports and record data.
Experience with ISO quality system is a plus.
Physical Requirements
Ability to work overtime to meet production schedules. Includes weekend shifts as needed.
This job involves walking, standing, bending, lifting, climbing, and stretching.
Use of hands and fingers to hold, grasp, push, and lift items.
Lifting requirements up to 40 lbs.
Dust, noise, and heat are common working conditions.
Occasional use of cleaning chemicals.
