Peak Physical Therapy, a division of Upstream Rehabilitation, is currently hiring a Physical Therapist in The Colony!
Up to $7500 Sign On Bonus

$75000 - $85,000 / year - Sign-On-Bonus!!!
This annual salary ranges within the specified amounts depending on experience, credentials, certifications, and other qualifications. Full-time positions may also have the opportunity to participate in bonus programs or other incentive plans.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Current or pending state licensure
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Drive to pursue personal and professional goals
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Specialized evaluations and evidence-based treatment based on each patients’ specific needs
- Connects interpersonally with patients, and clinical team within your organization
- Setting and achieving personal and professional goals
- Understand and live the company’s mission, vision, values and operational standards
- Serving our patients with high quality care
- Executes great customer service experiences
