Job Summary
As a Sr. Coordinator, Credit(Collections), you will provide customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, and resolve client discrepancies and compliance issues. Specifically, you will monitor and maintain assigned accounts, including customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write off, customer reconciliations and problem resolution.
Job Description
- Experience Required: 3 to 5 years in a Customer Care, AR, Collections role
- Education Desired: Bachelors Degree in Accounting
- Excellent Communications skills, verbal and written
- Highly organized
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm in stressful situations
- Experience Preferred, MS Office Suite and VOC software
Job Responsibilities
- Perform collection calls and/or correspondence in a fast-paced, goal-oriented collections department.
- Perform daily and weekly reviews of the Back Office Check Conversion Program. Review and analyze high-risk issues by conducting audits and reviews - determining the corrective action needed. Review the FIS reporting system to review images, send image-only checks for deposit and perform other return check processing functions.
- Perform monthly reviews and audits of collections system to ensure compliance procedures are being followed in all cases. Specifically, report findings to managers and business leaders.
- Provide correspondence, including reports, with store regional business leaders, store leaders, store TMs, LP, customer service and front operations.
- Perform special projects as needed
