    • Stay current on Arootah’s offerings (coaching, advisory, wellness, talent development) to tailor outreach effectively.

What We’re Looking For

    • 2–4 years of experience in a sales development or lead generation role (B2B SaaS, consulting, coaching, or wellness experience a plus).
    • Proven ability to meet or exceed activity and meeting-booked quotas.
    • Excellent communication skills—comfortable engaging senior executives and decision-makers.
    • Process-oriented with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
    • Energetic, resilient, and eager to grow into a full sales career.
