Financial Industry and Hedge Fund Experience: A must-have requirement. Individualized Coaching: Work one-on-one with financial professionals to provide personalized coaching that addresses their specific life, career, and executive development needs. Assist clients in setting and achieving meaningful goals in their financial careers. Executive Coaching: For clients pursuing leadership roles in various financial sectors, provide executive coaching to enhance leadership skills, decision-making abilities, and overall professional performance. Goal Setting and Action Planning: Collaborate with clients to define their short-term and long-term goals, creating actionable plans that facilitate their personal and professional growth. Staff development - support the Director of Coaching and Coaching Coordinator with evaluations / reviews and training of other members of the Soccer Shots Pittsburgh coaching staff. Staff development - assist with preparations for and during our seasonal coach training meetings. Curriculum review - responsible for having a thorough knowledge of the Soccer Shots curriculum and will provide regular feedback and evaluation of the lesson plans. Community outreach / public relations - when needed, represent Soccer Shots Pittsburgh at community events such as open houses, back to school nights, etc. Marketing - partake in seasonal marketing efforts including distribution of marketing flyers and yard signs.     • Individualized Coaching: Work one-on-one with financial professionals to provide personalized coaching that addresses their specific life, career, and executive development needs. Assist clients in setting and achieving meaningful goals in their financial careers. 
    • Executive Coaching: For clients pursuing leadership roles in various financial sectors, provide executive coaching to enhance leadership skills, decision-making abilities, and overall professional performance. 
    • Goal Setting and Action Planning: Collaborate with clients to define their short-term and long-term goals, creating actionable plans that facilitate their personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

The hourly coaching rate of pay is expected to be for Coaching Engagements a minimum of $100 and a maximum of $500 per hour. 
Actual compensation will be determined by several factors including skills, specialization, accreditation, and years of experience.
