Position Summary: The Education and Coaching Coordinator is responsible for ensuring compliance with Head Start performance standards for establishing and implementing a systematic approach to coaching, staff training and ongoing staff professional development designed to assist staff in acquiring or increasing the knowledge and skills need to provide high-quality, comprehensive services. Supervise Coaches: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of youth soccer coaches to ensure consistency, quality, and a positive experience for every child. Sales & Outreach: Conduct sales and community outreach to grow enrollment and expand program reach. Engage Families: Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to provide updates, feedback, and excellent customer service.
