Travel to clubs as needed (about 5-10% per year) Coaching Director Job Duties: Manage entire coaching portfolio of all the AF clubs within our ownership (15 plus clubs). Responsible for meeting training budget/profitability goals for all the clubs. Hire, onboard, and manage coaches, assign them goals, and keep them accountable. Develop coaches through weekly meetings/role play to hit goals. Maintain training/service standards across the clubs. Coach trainers/GMs on how to sell training packages. Help maintain the standards of compliance and HR policies. Travel to clubs as necessary. Any other job duties as assigned.
