Technical Writer The primary responsibility is to help create technical documents, procedures, PFDs, work instructions and relevant training manuals to explain information in a clear and concise manner and working with staff to ensure accuracy of process descriptions. Review drafts with subject matter experts, finalize for release, and establish process baselines. Assign part numbers (P/Ns), manage revision control, and maintain documentation databases. Drive ongoing improvements to documentation systems and processes. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail. Proven experience as a technical writer, particularly in the solar energy or construction industry. Proficiency in using documentation tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat). Strong proficiency with Visio, Smartsheets, and Excel. Organization skills to track document progress needed. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
