Facilitate ongoing training and development for both management and non-management associates. Qualifications: Education and Experience: Must be actively licensed to practice law in at least one state and maintain all necessary continuing legal education (CLE) requirements. Minimum of ten years of litigation experience, with a focus on insurance defense or personal injury; relevant experience in other legal fields will be considered. Prior management experience required. Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data analytics for strategic decision-making. The individual in this role will be a key advisor and partner to the Finance Leadership to redesign the way they use their technologies in managing GEICO's business. Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Must be actively licensed to practice law in at least one state and maintain all necessary continuing legal education (CLE) requirements.

  • Minimum of ten years of litigation experience, with a focus on insurance defense or personal injury; relevant experience in other legal fields will be considered.

  • Prior management experience required.
