You'll play a critical role in expanding GEICO's profitability while growing our new LLC, Altirus Road, by managing key client accounts and developing strategic business opportunities. What You'll Do Communication & Coordination Serve as the primary point of contact to ensure clients receive accurate, consistent information. Lead monthly and quarterly SLA reviews with GEICO departments, clients, and the Altirus Road operational team to improve coordination, accountability, and transparency. Accidents can be scary, and our Auto Damage team rises to the occasion to provide unparalleled customer service when our customers need us the most.
