Proven track record of building and retaining client relationships within the residential landscaping space. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to lead, motivate, and manage field crews effectively. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite; Aspire or similar landscape software experience a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Preferred (but not required): Certification in horticulture, landscape management, or pesticide application (a plus). Bilingual (English/Spanish) Responsibilities for our Landscaping Account Manager: Client relationship management, including but not limited to serving as the main point of contact for an assigned portfolio of residential maintenance clients; conducing regular site walks and proactive check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns; Communicating service schedules, seasonal updates, and project timelines clearly and professionally; Identifying and proposing enhancement opportunities that add value and align with client goals, including providing pricing estimates and proposals for enhancements or upgrades and assisting in contract renewals and extensions; Maintaining accurate records of client communications, site visits, proposals, and service schedules and monitoring budgets and profitability of accounts including ensuring timely billing and resolution of billing disputes in coordination with the accounting team; Ensuring crews are trained on safety protocols, horticultural best practices, and client-specific requirements; Monitoring quality and client satisfaction through on-site evaluations; Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to team success; Other duties as assigned.

Hively Landscapes is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Landscaping Account Manager to lead the delivery of exceptional residential landscape maintenance services. Our Landscaping Account Manager is responsible for nurturing long-term client relationships with our residential clients, ensuring contract compliance, managing crews, and identifying opportunities for residential enhancement services. You will serve as the primary liaison between our clients and operations teams, ensuring a seamless, high-quality customer experience from start to finish.

Requirements for our Landscaping Account Manager:

  • 3+ years of experience in residential landscape account management, project management, or related customer-facing roles in the green industry.
  • Strong knowledge of horticulture, landscape maintenance practices, and seasonal landscape needs with a demonstrated track record of customer service and responding to client concerns and questions within the landscaping space.
  • Proven track record of building and retaining client relationships within the residential landscaping space.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage field crews effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite; Aspire or similar landscape software experience a plus.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Preferred (but not required):

  • Certification in horticulture, landscape management, or pesticide application (a plus).
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Responsibilities for our Landscaping Account Manager:

  • Client relationship management, including but not limited to serving as the main point of contact for an assigned portfolio of residential maintenance clients; conducing regular site walks and proactive check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns;
  • Communicating service schedules, seasonal updates, and project timelines clearly and professionally;
  • Identifying and proposing enhancement opportunities that add value and align with client goals, including providing pricing estimates and proposals for enhancements or upgrades and assisting in contract renewals and extensions;
  • Maintaining accurate records of client communications, site visits, proposals, and service schedules and monitoring budgets and profitability of accounts including ensuring timely billing and resolution of billing disputes in coordination with the accounting team;
  • Ensuring crews are trained on safety protocols, horticultural best practices, and client-specific requirements;
  • Monitoring quality and client satisfaction through on-site evaluations;
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to team success;
