This position will support the implementation and maintenance of standards and best practices to evaluate the Company's potential for fair lending and responsible banking risk, ensuring fairness and preventing unintended harm, including but not limited to the implementation and ongoing use of Company's models and artificial intelligence solutions. This position will also collaborate with Fair and Responsible Banking stakeholders of various levels within the organization, including Corporate Compliance, Model Risk Management, Audit, Legal, and Business Line personnel, to help ensure effective risk management across the Company.

The successful candidate will drive effective processes, produce clear and impactful written communications, and continuously embrace new challenges.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  4. Coordinate, prepare, and manage responses to internal audits, regulatory examinations, and other review activities, ensuring accurate, timely, and comprehensive submissions.

  5. Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables, are effectively managed. Monitor project performance and proactively address issues that may impact timely completion of deliverables and commitments. Provide timely escalation and awareness items to management and other stakeholders as appropriate.

  6. Develop comprehensive project plans, milestones, gap assessments, and communication strategies. Support the implementation and maintenance of governance routines, project reporting and documentation, and status updates.

  7. Influence and drive alignment among cross-functional teams, even in situations where direct authority does not exist. Facilitate discussions and decision-making with stakeholders and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

  8. Apply critical thinking and risk management skills to evaluate complex situations, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions. Identify potential dependencies and obstacles early and implement strategies to minimize downstream impacts.
