Responsibilities: You will utilize classified and unclassified analytical tools and expert analysis to support regional and global threat assessments to facilitate understanding of the threat picture. Oversee and support delivering multi‐layered, multi-intelligence research products focused on existing, evolving, and emerging improvised threats. Provide detailed threat analysis and assessments against various national and global threats to identify risks, gaps, and vulnerabilities and recommend countermeasures. Utilize tools and tradecraft to provide timely, relevant, and understandable analysis and intelligence material to inform decision‐makers and influence outcomes. Assist supported unit intelligence personnel in carrying out assigned tasks. Work closely with other Analysts, Planners, and Integrators in developing a range of operations and intelligence products and material and training solutions. Provide consistent real‐time updates of current analyses and assessments to existing Intel databases. Ensures coordination with higher headquarters, Intelligence Community, Allies, and Partner Nations. Maintain, review and/or develop effective processes and procedures for store/commissary receiving; ensure processes are followed to handle exceptions, and that standards are in place to minimize exceptions. Administer the process for exceptions, damages or short orders. Partner with Distribution, Transportation and commissary management to coordinate delivery times according to the contracts and to ensure loads are delivered within the assigned delivery window to meet customer expectations. Responsible for the timely communication of delivery changes (i .e., holidays) according to the contract(s). Work with Inventory Management and/or At-Risk teams to move or sell aged or at-risk inventory. Work with store management to sell products at a discounted price, based on partnership with Inventory Management, to improve sales or reduce loss of product for the Company. Drive sales through the analysis of reports; review various reports (e.g., sales, no-sales in 90 days, assortments, reject report, etc.) with commissary management on an ongoing basis and identify opportunities and recommend adjustments in products to increase sales. Assist with the process to minimize item-level data integrity errors with the Defense Commissary Association (DeCA ); review reports and partner cross-functionally to identify and resolve issues with incorrect products, shipping/transportation issues, product information, etc. Maintain and develop relationships with store management, vendor representatives, customers and cross-functional departments to ensure effective communications and to resolve issues/respond to inquiries in a timely and accurate manner. Complete store level and paperwork audits to ensure accuracy with product validation and counts between drivers, store level reporting and DeCA to reduce swell allowance payments; research and resolve issues in a timely manner and coordinate vendor credits accordingly. May participate in the on-call support rotation to respond to questions and resolve issues in a timely manner. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed. Here’s what you’ll need: Associate's Degree (Required) Business Administration or other related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Three years experience within merchandising, retail, or related area . Military resale channel experience, or prior business or sales experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of the food industry preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills and strong customer services skills; ability to develop effective working relationships with external vendors/customers and individuals at all levels within the organization. Must have strong attention to detail and strong organization, prioritization and multi-tasking skills. Must be familiar with food industry products, services and industry trends. Proficient with Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel and Word). In support of the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) contract, you will be a part of our team’s efforts to empower the Department of Defense’s navigation warfare (NAVWAR) mission ensuring positioning, navigation and timing superiority. Our mission is to provide combatant commanders and joint force commanders with subject matter expertise on planning and conducting NAVWAR by providing knowledge of friendly and enemy NAVWAR Order of Battle and PNT-related successes and threats. 

Responsibilities:

  • You will utilize classified and unclassified analytical tools and expert analysis to support regional and global threat assessments to facilitate understanding of the threat picture. 

  • Oversee and support delivering multi‐layered, multi-intelligence research products focused on existing, evolving, and emerging improvised threats. 

  • Provide detailed threat analysis and assessments against various national and global threats to identify risks, gaps, and vulnerabilities and recommend countermeasures. 

  • Utilize tools and tradecraft to provide timely, relevant, and understandable analysis and intelligence material to inform decision‐makers and influence outcomes. 

  • Assist supported unit intelligence personnel in carrying out assigned tasks. 

  • Work closely with other Analysts, Planners, and Integrators in developing a range of operations and intelligence products and material and training solutions. 

  • Provide consistent real‐time updates of current analyses and assessments to existing Intel databases. 

  • Ensures coordination with higher headquarters, Intelligence Community, Allies, and Partner Nations. 

  • The position may require CONUS/OCONUS travel supporting operations, exercises, and conferences 

  • Due to the nature of the position, if selected, you will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information 

Qualifications: 

  • Current TS/SCI Clearance

  • 5 Years of relevant experience 

  • Experience conducting multi‐discipline intelligence analysis 

  • Experience conducting Analysis in a deployed PNT environment 

  • Experience providing Analytical support to operations 

  • BA/BS in business, math, statistics, data science, computer science, engineering, or other related field 

Desired: 

  • MA/MS in a related field 

  • Graduate of a military Intermediate Level Education (ILE) course (e.g. Army Command and General Staff College or another service equivalent) 

  • Graduate of a Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) course (e.g. Naval Command and Staff or another service equivalent) 

  • Graduate of the School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS) or a Joint War College

$71,500 - $150,200
