Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to multitask, and shift priorities as needed Master’s degree with 18+ graduate hours in Counseling, Education, Management, HR, Organizational Leadership, or related field; OR Master’s degree with 125+ hours of intermediate/higher coach-specific training in a recognized ACTP coaching program; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 3+ years of coach-specific and recognized coaching certification training.   • Demonstrated experience fostering trust, respect, and professionalism in diverse teams.
  • Strong skills in adult education, experiential learning techniques, and leadership instruction.
  • Ability to analyze and present data trends, survey results, and program evaluation metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience instructing military personnel in leadership or character development.
  • Proficiency with survey tools, data analysis software, and adult learning evaluation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with USAF leadership development priorities and core values-based instruction.
  • Experience working collaboratively with educational developers, command leadership, and coaching organizations.
