Military Interns can be placed at F45 Military host studios for up to 6 months (180 days) at no cost to the host studio. The Adult Military and Family Life Counselor (Adult-MFLC) position offers a unique opportunity to serve a vital role, in providing non-medical support, which includes counseling, consultation, and outreach, to service members, military family members and eligible staff. Non-medical counseling is preventive in nature and aims to address and provide solution focused approaches to issues before they become greater challenges. Service members, spouses and family members face unique emotional and environmental challenges due to the stress of military life. This is an opportunity for you to reach them where and when you are most needed. Adult-MFLC responsibilities include: Face-to-face counseling to military service members and their families (individuals, couples, and families). Observe, participate, and engage in activities with service members, military spouses and families; provide coaching, guidance and support to installation staff; and model behavior management techniques for staff and military family members. Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Director, Client Partnerships (College & Military) at Wilkins Media. The role involves managing client relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and overseeing account management functions. Responsibilities include creating tailored out-of-home media campaigns, strategic planning to meet client objectives, and driving sales efforts. The Director will act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring successful execution while identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.

The candidate must have relationships with Advertisers. The candidate must have knowledge of advertising strategies to reach the college and/or military audience.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication, with the ability to foster effective client relationships and communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Experience in Strategic Partnerships and Account Management, with a focus on maintaining and growing client accounts.
  • Proficiency in Strategic Planning, with the ability to develop and execute tailored client strategies.
  • Sales expertise, including identifying new opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  • Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams.
  • Prior experience in out-of-home or experiential marketing is a significant advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
