About This Role: Axsome is seeking an Associate Director, Field Medical Affairs, Psychiatry (East Coast) Reporting to the Director, Field Medical Affairs, Psychiatry, the Associate Director, Field Medical Affairs, Psychiatry (East Coast) will manage a regional MSL team and direct the execution of the Medical Affairs strategy. Associate Director, Field Medical Affairs, Psychiatry in collaboration with the broader Medical Affairs team, will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategic plans and objectives that support Axsome’s marketed and pipeline products and associated disease states. The Associate Director, Field Medical Affairs, Psychiatry will build and mentor their direct reports on their regional Psychiatry MSL team and be responsible for driving performance.
