Are you an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) specializing in psychiatry? Lahey Hospital & Medical Center is looking for a talented individual to join our outpatient Psychiatry & Behavioral Medicine Division at our Peabody and Burlington locations.

What You'll Do:

  • As an integral part of our team, you'll be responsible for:
  • Diagnostic evaluation of outpatients.
  • Developing individualized treatment plans for patients' psychiatric and psychotherapeutic needs.
  • Utilizing pharmacologic medication management and psychotherapy interventions.
  • Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and counselors.
  • Caring for patients who receive complex, coordinated medical and surgical care in an ambulatory setting within a large academic medical center.
  • Opportunities to participate in the education and training of other RNs, APRNs, medical students, and trainees. Academic appointments are available.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of a Master's Program in Nursing.
  • Certification:ANCC certification in psychiatric and mental health nursing as a nurse practitioner.
  • Licensure: Completion of appropriate psychopharmacology courses and current prescriptive authority in Massachusetts.

Pay Range:

$66,560.00 USD - $107,500.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
